At HMV we develop consultancy for designs, technical and environmental studies, associated with the execution of expansion, remodeling and / or modernization projects of EPM's electrical infrastructure.
Within the project, we made the substation designs by implementing the BIM methodology in accordance with the standard of our client EPM, these models were made with a level of detail (LOD 300 - 400).
HMV's scope of substation designs included:
Basic and detailed engineering for the construction of electromechanical, civil, control, protection and automation works for substations:
• New Brisas 44 / 13.2 kV substation.
• New Nueva Colonia 110/44 / 13.2 kV substation.
• Expansion of the Santa Fe de Antioquia 110/44 / 13.2 kV substation.
• Expansion of the Apartadó 110 kV substation.
• Modernization of the Valdivia 44 / 13.2 kV substation.
• Expansion of the Guayabal 110 / 13.2 kV substation.
• Expansion of the Central 110 / 13.2 kV substation.
• New Yondo 34.5 / 13.2 kV substation
Basic engineering of electromechanical, civil, control, protection and automation works for the following substations:
• New San Jerónimo 110/44 / 13.2 kV substation.
• Modernization of the Ciudad Bolívar 44 / 13.2 kV substation.
• Modernization of the Betulia 44 / 13.2 kV substation.
• Renovation of the Chigorodó 44 / 13.2kV substation
Electromechanical and civil detailed engineering for the substation:
• Modernization of the Cañasgordas 44 / 13.2 kV substation
Detailed engineering of the control and protection system for:
• Replacement of the wiring of the La Sierra 230 kV substation
For the development of these projects, the design supported by software such as Autodesk Revit has been implemented, where the models of civil works, electromechanical equipment, topographies and buildings have been unified; while for electrical drawings such as: one-line, schematics and physical layout of boards, AutoCAD Electrical software has been used.
