At HMV Ingenieros we successfully carried out the installation of rooftop photovoltaic systems for RELIANZ Mining Solutions & Hydraulic Systems buildings in the municipality of Galapa, Atlántico; which will be energized on November 17 of this year. This project was carried out under the EPC business model, with a focus on the construction of Non-Conventional Renewable Power Plants.
RELIANZ Mining Solutions is Caterpillar's authorized distributor for the mining industry in Colombia, while Hydraulic Systems is a specialist in the manufacture and supply of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial chrome plating cylinders.
The photovoltaic generation system with string inverters, connected to the grid (Grid-Tied) and with surplus sales, has a total installed power of 1.5 MWp, distributed over the three roofs of the Industrial Park.
The highest concentration of photovoltaic modules is installed on the roofs of the Machinery and Paint buildings corresponding to RELIANZ Mining Solutions, with 3,040 modules (1,003.2 kWp) and a generation area of ??6,764 m2 that will contribute 1,201 MWh / year.
