Pollution is one of the main causes that the global temperature has increased. The United Nations (UN) Organization argues that, although there are already devastating consequences of climate change on the planet, we can still avoid greater consequences. Implement the following actions in your day to day and help us fight climate change:

1. Mobilize yourself sustainably: according to the IDEAM, one of the main sources of greenhouse gas (GHG) generation is automobiles, so we invite you to use public transport or bicycle to get around. Did you know that for long trips it is more sustainable to travel by train? Airplanes emit more than 2% of the total CO2 that goes into the atmosphere.
2. Save energy: replace the traditional bulb with a low-energy bulb and you will save more than 45 kilograms of carbon dioxide per year. Disconnect the appliances while you are not using them, as they continue to consume energy while they are off, this is called "vampire consumption".
3. Educate others: Raise people's awareness as it is the best way to contribute to collective sustainability. It reports on the consequences of pollution and climate change to encourage collective actions that promote energy and water savings from the everyday. Finally, it replicates these initiatives so that they are global.
4. Implement the 3 Rs:
Reduce: consume less, that is, only the essential. For example, take cloth bags to the supermarket instead of buying plastic bags and print only when necessary.
Reuse: takes advantage of the useful life of the products. For example, fill bottles with the wrappers of the sweets and use the blank side of the printed sheets.
Recycles: rescues the possible of a material to turn it into a new product. Here we tell you how you should throw the waste so that it can be recycled:
-Coffee cane: (organic) remains of food.
-Caneca verde: glass bottles.
-Canna yellow: cans or food containers.
-Canna blue: clean papers and cartons.
-Caneca gris: Waste that can not be recycled.
5. Plant a tree: avoid fires and the disposal of cigarettes in forests, this is one of the main causes of forest fires. Remember that a single tree absorbs a ton of carbon dioxide throughout its life.
