Profile:
-We are seeking a Mechanical Technician, Electrician, Electromechanical Technician, or Electronics Technician to participate in oversight activities related to the design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of an aerial cable passenger transport system.
Education:
-Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Electronics.
Experience:
-Specific experience in the construction, maintenance, operation, inspection, installation, or supervision of single-cable, 2S, or 3S aerial passenger cableway systems with a minimum capacity of 1,000 passengers per hour per direction.
-Experience in hydroelectric power plants, sugar mills, high-voltage power grids, manufacturing industries, rail transportation systems, or high-capacity vehicular transportation systems will also be considered.
Knowledge and Skills:
-Technical knowledge related to mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or electronic systems.
-Knowledge and experience in the installation, operation, maintenance, or supervision of industrial equipment and systems.
-Knowledge of safety procedures for working at heights.
Ability to follow technical procedures and comply with established safety standards.
Special Requirements:
-Must hold a valid certificate for safe work at heights, in accordance with applicable requirements.
-Must undergo occupational medical examinations certifying fitness to perform work at heights.
Project:
-Comprehensive supervision of the design, supply, assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of the electromechanical and civil engineering components of a detachable single-cable aerial passenger transport system in the city of San Cristóbal, Bogotá, D.C.
