Job Profile
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly service-oriented individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments and contributing to the smooth operation of the organization’s administrative processes. This person will play a key role in ensuring the control, organization, and availability of information, supporting document management and coordination among the different project areas.
Education:
- Technical or vocational degree in Administrative Management, Administrative Assistance, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience
- At least one (1) year of experience performing administrative duties, document management, or providing support for administrative processes.
Required Skills:
- Document management and control.
- Proficiency with document management platforms such as SIGEDO, PROCORE, SharePoint, and Aconex (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Organization and filing of physical and digital documentation.
- Preparation of reports and monitoring of administrative processes.
Employment Conditions
- Contract type: Permanent.
- Work schedule: Full-time.
- Work arrangement: On-site.
- Location: Medellín, Antioquia.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, according to the company’s established schedule.
