YOUR MISSION
To lead and support the planning, formulation, and implementation of social management strategies and plans for infrastructure projects, ensuring effective engagement with communities and stakeholders, as well as compliance with current regulations and organizational guidelines.
EDUCATION
Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Liberal Arts, or Psychology. A specialization in Social Management or related fields is required.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of developing and implementing social management plans; community and stakeholder relations; regulations applicable to social management in infrastructure projects; technical report writing; citizen participation strategies; and methodologies for social assessment and intervention.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience is required, with specific experience in developing and implementing social management plans, preferably within infrastructure projects.
