-Professional Production Intern
Job Objective
-Support production processes at the electrical panel manufacturing plant by monitoring indicators, controlling processes, analyzing productivity, implementing continuous improvements, and assisting with quality management, thereby contributing to the organization’s compliance with manufacturing schedules, technical standards, and operational objectives.
Education
-Student in the final semesters of a degree program eligible for a professional internship in:
-Industrial Engineering
-Production Engineering
-Related fields
Desirable Skills
-Ability to read blueprints
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (intermediate or advanced Excel).
-Production metrics (KPIs).
-Concepts of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
-Basic knowledge of quality systems.
-Basic proficiency in Power BI (preferred).
-Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
No prior work experience is required. The following are valued:
-Academic projects related to manufacturing or electrical systems.
-Participation in student research groups, research teams, or improvement projects.
-Proficiency with data analysis tools.
