Psychology Intern
We are looking for a psychology student who is eligible to complete a professional internship and who wishes to strengthen their knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources, specifically in the processes of recruitment, selection, and hiring.
Job Objective:
- Provide support for the recruitment, selection, and hiring processes, contributing to the identification, engagement, and follow-up of candidates, as well as ensuring compliance with Human Resources administrative and documentation procedures, guaranteeing a positive experience for candidates and meeting the organization’s talent needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the posting and management of job openings across various recruitment channels.
- Conduct an initial screening of resumes based on required profiles.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interviews, tests, and other stages of the selection process.
- Provide support for the hiring and onboarding processes.
-Verify, request, and organize the documentation required for new hires.
-Prepare and compile reports and metrics related to recruitment.
-Support the administrative and operational activities of the recruitment department.
-Follow up with candidates and monitor ongoing selection processes.
