To provide timely and courteous service to visitors, clients, and colleagues, managing communications and correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks, in order to guarantee a positive service experience and the smooth operation of the reception area.
EDUCATION
Technical or technological degree in administrative or related fields.
SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), customer service, call and correspondence management, and basic knowledge of administrative and office organization tasks.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in reception or customer service roles, managing visitors, calls, and providing administrative support.
