YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO
Develop, coordinate, and execute social management activities in road infrastructure projects, strengthening community relations and providing support to the communities and social actors involved in the project, ensuring effective communication, the proper handling of social needs, and compliance with the commitments established during the execution of the works.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.
KNOWLEDGE
Social management in road infrastructure projects.
Community relations and citizen participation.
Project outreach to communities and social actors.
Preparation of social management reports.
Monitoring compliance with the project's social obligations.
Proficiency in office software and technical report writing.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of four (4) years of general experience in infrastructure projects.
Minimum specific experience of three (3) years in social management of road infrastructure projects of first, second and/or third order roads.
