We are currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant Intern to support administrative processes in the Human Resources department.
Education
-Technical degree or diploma in:
-Human Resources Management
-Administrative Assistance
-Business Management
-Business Administration or related fields
Experience
No prior work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the recruitment and onboarding process.
-Request, validate, and organize employee onboarding documentation.
-Assist in the preparation of contracts, addenda, and other employment documents.
-Update and file resumes and personnel documents.
-Provide support for social security enrollment and document tracking.
-Update personnel databases and information.
-Assist with employee support and address basic inquiries regarding the hiring process.
Requirements
-Have the institution’s approval to begin the training period.
-Not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract.
-Basic proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Word.
-Excellent customer service attitude, assertive communication, and organizational skills.
