Job Mission: To coordinate the occupational safety, health, and environment area by designing, planning, and implementing processes that lead to the continuous improvement of the company's management systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and applicable regulations.
Education: Professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields, with a current OSH license.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience after obtaining the license, with experience in electrical substations and 115 kV and 230 kV transmission lines.
Knowledge: In the management and assurance of high-risk tasks, including electrical risks (Resolution 5018), working at heights, lifting loads, and confined spaces.
Requirements: Completion of a 50- or 20-hour OSH Management System course and certification as a working at heights coordinator.
