YOUR MISSION WILL BE To lead and supervise infrastructure projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives, quality, deadlines, and budget through effective leadership of multidisciplinary teams and strategic resource management. EDUCATION Degree in Industrial, Administrative, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of three postgraduate degrees (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in administration, economics, accounting, social sciences, engineering, architecture, or urban planning.
KNOWLEDGE Extensive knowledge in the formulation, structuring, and design of infrastructure projects in the transportation, sports, or cultural sectors, including strategic planning, schedule control, budget management, and risk administration. Experience in applying relevant regulations and technical standards for infrastructure projects, as well as in contract management and coordination with suppliers, contractors, and entities related to the project. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication with senior management and all stakeholders, and guaranteeing the quality, achievement of objectives, and successful outcomes of complex projects.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a director, leader, manager, project manager, deputy director, or deputy manager of contracts, with experience in the development, formulation, or structuring of studies and designs for infrastructure in the transportation, sports, or cultural sectors.
