EDUCATION
Architecture draftsman, architect, civil engineer, electrical engineer, industrial designer. With a diploma in BIM coordination or general knowledge in BIM methodology.
KNOWLEDGE
Diploma in BIM coordination or general knowledge in BIM methodology. Experience using BIM applications (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, among others) for modeling, metadata management, and project documentation generation for infrastructure and/or corporate projects, applying interoperability standards such as IFC and Open BIM methodology. Process automation with Dynamo/Python for Revit. Document management skills.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of 3D electromechanical BIM models, ensuring compliance with current standards, regulations, and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). You will manage non-graphical parameters and metadata according to the IFC standard, promoting interoperability under the Open BIM philosophy, and actively participate in detecting and resolving multidisciplinary clashes. Additionally, you are responsible for generating and managing technical drawings from BIM models, ensuring consistency between the model and documentation. You apply automation processes using Dynamo and Python for Revit, optimizing workflows, documentation generation, model quality control, and the consistency of technical information.
